Coaches cannot directly schedule appointments for their athletes. However, coaches are encouraged to recommend performance consulting to the athletes' parents. The parents can then initiate the scheduling process for their athletes. This ensures that the athlete and their support system are actively involved in the decision-making process. If a club or coach is choosing to pay for their athletes' session, they can do that once they have parental consent.
Yes and no. Rachael Grant Dixon may discuss session topics with the athlete's coach or teacher only if both the athlete and parents agree that it's appropriate to do so. Respect for the athlete's privacy is a top priority, and any communication with the coach or teacher is done with the explicit consent of the athlete and their parents.

Yes, a client may end work with RGD at any time. Clients are not under any contractual agreements for a certain number of sessions. In addition, RGD may also suspend working with a client at any time if she feels the client is better served by a different professional.
Yes, clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 24 hours prior to the session. If the client requests a refund, it will be returned minus 3% if the refund is requested within 24 hours of the session.
